Dine out for a cause

Looking for a fun way to spend the dinner hour tonight? How about chowing down with some local hockey players and coaches?

From 6-8 p.m. today, Nov. 1, at the RiverWalk’s Twisted Tilt Sports Bar & Grill, 400 Riverwalk Terrace, Tulsa Oilers players and coaches will be the featured guests and waiters at "Dine for a Difference," a monthly connection of sports fans, Hospitality House of Tulsa supporters, local media and sports celebrities and personalities at Tulsa-area restaurants.

Event attendees are encouraged to purchase an entrée — and tip well! — as a percentage of Twisted Tilt revenue and tips from the Tulsa Oilers waiters will benefit Hospitality House of Tulsa, a local nonprofit that provides lodging and support services to families (living 30 miles outside the Tulsa area) who are caring for loved ones who are inpatients at area hospitals.
