Immigrants accounted for 28% of overall population growth in the Tulsa metro area from 2010 to 2015, and contributed nearly $4 billion to the Tulsa metro gross domestic product in 2015.

The 4,047 immigrant entrepreneurs in the Tulsa area generated $55 million in business income in 2015.

 

Fact #4

The foreign-born population paid $135 million in state and local taxes and $252 million in federal taxes, and held just over $1 billion in spending power.
