Chalkboard's bread pudding

White chocolate is the star of Chalkboard Restaurant’s bread pudding. A staple of the downtown spot’s dessert menu for years, the dish features white chocolate spiced pudding with a berry reduction and topped with a warm, white chocolate ganache ($10). Chalkboard shines with its fine dining atmosphere and the menu is refined, perfect for a cozy date night or to impress the relatives. 1324 S. Main St., 918-582-1964,

Say the name Ludger’s Bavarian Cakery in Tulsa, and many will conjure dreams of the longtime shop’s signature cheesecake. The two layers of light sponge cake sandwiching a smooth cream cheese filling is reminiscent of pastries from original owner Ludger Schulz’s childhood in Germany. For Valentine’s Day, the shop’s chocolate variety is a popular choice. You can buy it by the slice ($4.25) or whole ($17.60-$35.20) in six standard flavors, or any seasonal variety. 6527 E. 91st St., 918-622-2537,

The Bundt cake is amped and served in various sizes at Tulsa’s Nothing Bundt Cakes, home to the classic cakes large and small, including the perfect bite-sized Bundtini. All cakes are served with a sweet and satisfying cream cheese frosting. 7890 E. 106th Place S., Building V, Suite 10; 918-970-4747;
