Make your own custom work of stained glass on Jan. 21 from 1-4 p.m at Tulsa Stained Glass. Tickets for the class are $50 and include a rage room experience. More info.

8. Guinness World Record Pizza Party Attempt | Saturday

Eat a slice of pizza to help set a Guinness World Record and also benefit Make-A-Wish Oklahoma. Before TU basketball tips off against Tulane at 7 p.m., pizza party participants will gather at 5:45 p.m. to try to set the record. $5 More info. 

9. Turkey Mountain Work Day | Sunday

Lend a helping hand and volunteer to keep Turkey Mountain beautiful! Join other Tulsans, the Tulsa Urban Wilderness Coalition and the River Parks Authority to work on and improve the trails of Turkey Mountain. Assignments will be distributed in the upper lot of Turkey Mountain at 9 a.m. on Jan. 22. More info.

10. People's Poetry | Sunday

On Jan. 22 at the Woody Guthrie Center, poets Eder J. Williams McKnight, Quraysh Ali Lansana and Kevin Bassiri will share their writings for all to hear. The event is free with admission to the Woody Guthrie Center. More info.
