Clark Youth Theatre announces the fourth annual production of The Penguin Project®. Students with disabilities will perform Seussical Kids. Performances are Feb. 15-17, 2019 at Cascia Hall PAC, 2520 S. Yorktown Ave.
The Penguin Project® provides an opportunity for children with disabilities to develop creative skills related to the theater arts.
