The CREOKS Help Fore Hope Golf Tournament is an annual fundraiser that helps CREOKS Health Services provide much needed programs and services such as counseling, case management, and medication management to children and their families. All players receive 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch and dinner, beverage tickets and snacks, admission to the awards ceremony, and a golfer's goodie bag! 

CREOKS Health Services is an established, nonprofit organization that has been serving communities in Oklahoma since 1980 with comprehensive health, wellness and social services. CREOKS has 22 locations and many service areas have high ratios of low-to-moderate income families who often do not have health insurance or access to adequate health care such as counseling.
