Description

CREOKS invites individuals and businesses to help invest in our communities by becoming a sponsor, register a team or player or donate a product or service for our silent auction or raffle. While it can be a challenge to acquire the resources necessary to meet the needs in our communities, we are energized by the strong support of Oklahomans across our state.  Please help us bring Help Today and Hope Tomorrow in the lives of children and their families.

CREOKS Behavioral Health Services is an established non-profit mental and behavioral health agency that has been serving communities in Oklahoma since 1980. CREOKS is certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and nationally accredited by CARF.

We have 22 clinics that serve individuals in over 45 counties. Many of our service areas have high ratios of low-to-moderate income families who often do not have health insurance or access to adequate mental health care. This fundraisers helps CREOKS provided much needed programs and services like counseling, case management, and medication management to children and their families.
