Body/Mind Techniques for Stress Management

Jan 17, 2019 to Jan 31, 2019
06:30 PM until 08:30 PM

This event occurs weekly, on Thursday.

Body/Mind Techniques for Managing Stress.

Trauma, fear, panic attacks, PTSD, diabetes, chronic pain, anxiety and phobias all have components related to emotional or physical stress.  All of these and more affect your relationships, job performance, sleep, health and much more.  Until you are willing to “step up” stress can seriously mess up your day!  And your night, too.

Tools that Work

When you are feeling stressed and over-whelmed it is often hard to imagine that there’s a way out.  Remember that you have had stress and anxiety in the past and you have been 100% successful at getting through it.  Now with these tools let’s make that journey easier and quicker.

The body/mind techniques you will learn in this series of classes will give you much more control and the ability to blunt the effects of stress and anxiety more quickly.

When we are finished you will have learned several tools from hypnosis, EFT, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and other modalities that will give you the upper hand when it’s time to take control.

Expect to be able to create change even after the first classroom experience!
