5th Annual Zach Monaghan Memorial Run

The 5th Annual Zach Monaghan Memorial Run will be held on September 15th at the Union High School Track, 6636 South Mingo Avenue.  The 5k begins at 3:00 pm with a one-mile fun run at 3:45.   

5k:  $25 – Includes the t-shirt, race number, and finisher's medal                           $15 – For all students (Grade school through college) 

Fun Run/Walk: Free                                                                                      ZM Run Shirts may be purchased for $20

Zach graduated from Union High School in May 2015.  Although he was born with a very special heart he never allowed it to limit his strength or determination.  His enduring love for his family, friends, and faith was an inspiration to all who knew him.  Zach passed away on June 27, 2015 from complications following open-heart surgery.  Proceeds from the Run go to the Zachary Monaghan Memorial Fund, which provides financial assistance and educational scholarships to various youth programs.  Register at Tulsa Runner, 9708 Riverside Pkwy or online at http://www.getmeregistered.com/ZachMonaghanRun  Registration the day of the Run is also available.  Regardless of whether you run or walk, or simply join us for the afternoon, your presence provides much comfort as we celebrate the joy Zach brought to so many.
