2 p.m. Group meetings; review film sessions with groups

4:30 p.m. Team weight training; post-practice meetings
5:30 p.m. Shower and prepare for radio show
6 p.m. Radio show
7:00 p.m. End radio show
7:15 p.m. Dinner
7:30 p.m. Spend time with my wife and daughters; help with homework, activities, etc.
