Buy the card at one of many participating vendor locations or at Family & Children’s Services’ central office, 650 S. Peoria Ave., and receive 20 percent off all your purchases Oct. 31-Nov. 8. Proceeds benefit Family & Children’s Services, which provides a range of services for children and families, as well as comprehensive mental health services for adults and children.
