The Dish: Easy as pie
For generations, Tulsans have frequented Ike’s Chili. In 2015, the Tulsa institution celebrates 107 years in business. The star of the menu — chili — is offered in a number of variations, including the Frito Pie. Corn chips are topped with the hearty chili, which can be chopped with cheese, onions or both.
