OSU Institute of Technology School of Culinary Arts is presenting the Cowboy Chef’s Table, a lunch-and-learn series.
During each lunch, a chef will share insight and tips on how the dish is prepared and served. It’s a cooking show and lunch, all in one.
Chefs and dates are: Josh Valentine, Carlton Landing and a “Top Chef” finalist, Dec. 5; Jonathan Moosmiller, Southern Hills Country Club, Feb. 6; Ben Alexander, The Tavern, April 10; and Devin Levine, BOK Center, June 12.
