Cookin’ on Tulsa time
Roger Shollmier definitely knows his way around a kitchen — he has been designing them for decades. Most recently, however, his focus has been on his new endeavor, The Galley Sink, a creation that he hopes will reinvent food preparation, clean up and serving. The Galley Sink combines cutting boards, colanders, a drain rack and stainless bowls that slide above and below each other on two tiers inside the sink. His design showroom just installed a gorgeous new kitchen display and studio to show off the Galley.
In November, Shollmier also launched a web-based cooking channel, Galley Cuisine TV, which features cooking shows with some of Tulsa’s biggest food personalities. Here’s a quick rundown. Catch them at www.galleycuisinetv.com.
