August TBA — “Newsies”
Aug. 3 — Cigar-B-Que
6-8:30 p.m. Burn Co. Barbecue, 1738 S. Boston Ave. Tickets are $100 or two for $150. Tickets include whiskey tastings from Southern Glazer’s Distribution, cigars from Ted’s Pipe Shoppes, and BBQ from Burn Co. BBQ. Supporters of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma’s mentoring program are encouraged to bring a prospective mentor to the event to learn what it means to mentor a child facing adversity in Tulsa. Aug. 3-5, 10-12 — Harwelden Murder Mystery
7-9 p.m. Harwelden Mansion, 2210 S. Main St. The story is set in the Harwelden Home for Superannuated Superheroes, heroes past their primes, their powers either gone or flagging.
