YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. The YWCA does this through advocacy and three program areas: child and youth enrichment, health and wellness, and immigration and refugee programs. There are four YWCA facilities throughout the Tulsa area that provide a range of services at each location, some including counseling and career assistance, fitness centers with pools, personal training, child care, counseling, immigration and refugee services, and advocacy programs. The fitness facilities are accessed by YWCA members during regular operating hours. Group fitness classes like Zumba, Pilates and yoga are available for participation, as well as individual weight training and weight management programs. The aquatics program provides a wide array of options for those looking to exercise aquatically. Swimming lessons, an Arthritis Foundation Aquatics program and group fitness classes are available for all members to use. Hours vary by location.
