'Tis the season in Tulsa. Trees are adorned with twinkling lights, favorite seasonal movies are on TV, and the airwaves are filled with festive songs.
Many traditions are carried on this time of year, and one coming up on Friday, Dec. 20, is the annual Tulsa Boys Singers Holiday Concert.
The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 501 S. Cincinnati Ave. The show is $10 for adults. Students receive free admission.
Guests will be treated to songs such as “Ding Dong, Merrily on High,” “Shepherd’s Pipe Carol,” “Noel Nouvelet,” “Resonemus laudibus,” “The Christmas Song,” “I’ll be Home for Christmas” and many more. A reception will follow the concert.
The Tulsa Boys Singers have performed publicly since 1949. Over the years, boys age 8-18 have traveled the world showcasing their vocal talent and treating listeners to the finest in boychoir tradition.
