\ Mayfest 2008 featured the first limited edition selection of Mayfest private label wines, which were available only by the bottle. We’re pleased to announce that for Mayfest 2009, not only will the bottles again be available, but there will also be an outdoor seating area for festival goers to enjoy these great Oklahoma wines. Blue Coyote Winery will have an assortment of their wines and the bottles will feature the artwork of the 2009 Mayfest poster by William Franklin on the label.
“Blue Coyote Winery and Vineyard is very excited to partner with Mayfest to offer custom labeled wine to complement this year's beautiful poster,” said Jacque and Laurance Schulze, Blue Coyote owners. “We look forward to bringing Oklahoma wines to all Mayfest participants and pairing their favorite wine with their favorite festival food. This year's custom labels are made from 100 percent post-consumer products.”
During the festival, be sure to stop by the Blue Coyote Winery booth, located on the Williams Green at Third Street and Boston Avenue, to purchase your collectible private label Mayfest wine. One ounce tastings are $1.50, five ounce tastings are $6 and bottles range from $19-$24.
